Empirio Batch is a powerful batch engine developed using state-of-the -art Web technologies and modern IT approaches. It is intended for automation of process sytems ranging from standalone machines up to middle size production lines, where flexible recipe automation solutions are needed.
What makes Empirio Batch unique is that a recipe built from a library of phases (ISA S88.01), using a range of configurable trip conditions, is downloaded and executed completely on the PLC. This provides the solution with a PLC reliability and high speed of transitions, which are essential for batch execution.
Innovative use of UML Nested state charts keeps a cleaner recipe presentation and streamlines recipe creation.
